普通盛り。Mori soba. Regular serving. They refuse to serve large serving to first-time customers. I think the large serving amount is more than 700g.

刀屋の暖簾。My favorite Ueda City soba restaurant Katana-ya means a store of sword tools. They changed their job to soba restaurant early in the Meiji period.
